This Exclusive ‘King of the Hill’ Sneak Peek Is Quietly Available to Everyone Now
Hank Hill’s videotape may have failed to convince the Dallas Cowboys to train in Arlen, but fan clips taken during a recent King of the Hill sneak preview have proven a lot more successful, building even more excitement for the sitcom’s upcoming revival.
King of the Hill fans flocked to the ATX Television Festival in Austin, Texas late last month for a first look at the show’s highly anticipated 14th season. Featuring a Q&A session with some of the series’ stars and showrunners and “a backyard BBQ, King of the Hill style,” as Deadline put it, a few fans decided to let their cameras get in on the fun, recording some of the clips shown at the festival.
Alongside the show’s new title sequence, which Hulu released on its various social media platforms shortly after their event, a pair of fan-captured videos offered more hints at what’s in store for Hank, Peggy and some of Arlen’s other most beloved residents.

In the first unreleased clip, a montage that was uploaded and removed from TikTok before finding a more permanent home on YouTube, Hank can be seen reuniting with his Rainey Street pals after years away, enjoying beers with Boomhauer, Bill and Dale, and appearing to help a now-grown-up Bobby with a beer initiative.
The second snippet, which seems to be a clip from one of the season’s early episodes, depicts the Hills on their way home to Texas after spending years working in Saudi Arabia. “God,” Hank mutters to himself as he attempts to pee in the airplane bathroom, a long line having formed in the aisle just outside the door.
“That is my husband, he cannot help it,” Peggy tells the visibly annoyed queue looking for one last bathroom visit before landing in Dallas. “He was born with a narrow urethra.”
Unlike his fellow plane passengers watching him walk toward the lavatory, we know we can’t wait to see Hank come August 4th.
